CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens, we completely understand. If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us at zibaesthetician@gmail.com as soon as possible. We just ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so we can do our best to fill that time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 30% charge of the scheduled service. We appreciate your kindness and understanding, it means the world to us.
